Job Description :


We are looking for a highly skilled AI Architect with deep expertise in building, scaling, and deploying AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI Agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), and a solid foundation in cloud infrastructure.

In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to Lead intelligent solutions that integrate various AI technologies such as CrewAI, Langgraph, Agentic Workflow, NLP, and RAG frameworks.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design and implement AI-driven leveraging CrewAI, AI agents, Langchain& Langgraph framework, and NLP technologies to solve complex business problems.


- Lead the development of intelligent agents and workflows with a focus on Agentic Workflow and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) techniques.

- Lead and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) in real-world applications, ensuring high-performance and scalability.

- Utilize VectorDB technologies to enable efficient data processing and retrieval for AI models.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to build cloud-native AI solutions on AWS or other cloud platforms, ensuring infrastructure scalability, security, and cost optimization.

- Drive the development and execution of CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment and regression testing.

- Perform system-level performance tuning, debugging, and optimization for large- scale AI implementations.

- Stay updated on the latest trends in AI technologies, and frameworks and provide thought leadership within the team.

- Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to ensure alignment between AI models and business needs.


Experience :


- 7+ years of experience in AI Architecture and design, particularly in AI Agents, NLP ,and LLM applications.


- Proven track record in deploying scalable and efficient AI-driven systems.

- Hands-on experience in building cloud-native solutions using AWS or other cloud platforms.

- Experience working in Agile environments with strong understanding of SDLC, regression testing, and CI/CD practices.

- BE/BTECH/MCA in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.

- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Passion for AI innovation and continuous learning.
