We are on the lookout for strong AI Architects with the following skills.
Job Title: AI Architect
Experience: 10+ years
Location: Bengaluru
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled AI Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and business-driven AI/ML solutions with a strong focus on Generative AI. The role requires expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, MLOps, and GenAI technologies, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into innovative technical solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a thought leader, mentor teams, and establish AI best practices across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Architect, design, and oversee enterprise-grade Generative AI and AI/ML solutions.
Define AI strategy, reference architectures, and best practices.
Evaluate and implement Generative AI models (LLMs, SLMs).
Develop and Integrate GenAI solutions for chatbots, document summarization, code generation, personalization, and automation use cases.
Select and deploy AI/GenAI platforms and tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, LagGraph, Semantic Kernel, RAG frameworks, ).
Establish standards for model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
Ensure AI/GenAI solutions are scalable, secure, ethical, and compliant.
Collaborate with engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
Drive innovation by staying updated with GenAI trends and emerging technologies.
Mentor and guide teams in AI/ML and GenAI solution design.
Requirements:
10+ years of IT experience with experience in AI design and architecture.
Expertise in ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
Experience with Generative AI (LLMs, NLP, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with GenAI tools/frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs).
Experience in MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and model monitoring.
Knowledge of big data ecosystems and data engineering.
Understanding of data security, compliance, and Responsible AI practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and solution architecture skills.
