Job Description

 

·      After receiving orders, fixing delivery date and ensuring that processes are finished before the target date.

·      Making production details which includes sample, color, lining, quantity etc.

·      Responsible for all raw material procurement.

·      Solving daily problems which arise.

·      Responsible for overall quality control.

·      Effective communication with co-workers, Management, Buyers and others for smooth operation.

·      Meeting deadlines – ensuring operative processes are finished within the target date.

·     Regularly inspect and perform all required activities to maintain the equipment in functional order.

·    Monitor and control the flow of supplies and inventory.  

·   

Job Location: Kolkata

Candidates should be minimum graduate with diploma in Business Management and have strong knowledge of leather materials and leather goods, regulation and processes with 10 – 20 years’ experience in Leather Industries as a ‘Production Manager’. Candidates must be able to communicate in English, Bengali and Hindi effectively.

 

Computer Knowledge

MS office, computer networks and other information technologies in the context of a business or enterprise.

 

Salary: INR 25,000/- to 30,000/- per month plus other benefits as applicable.
