Working with the Cyber Resilience Program WS2 IAM Project Manager, and the wider project team, the Specialist Identity & Access Management Analyst will support the delivery of SailPoint Identity IQ implementation and integration / onboarding of additional business applications.

The successful candidate will leverage existing specialist knowledge to enable the successful implementation of Identity and Access Management toolsets across business application to ensure the timely delivery of the new Identity and Access Management technologies


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform business and technical analysis to support the configuration, delivery and support of the IAM Toolset (SailPoint Identity IQ ).
  • Investigate and determine the business needs/requirements for new functionality provided by the IAM toolsets (e.g. Role Based Access Control) and extending the scope of existing processes (e.g. on-boarding new applications into the new IAM Platform for Certification).
  • Work with multiple teams and the Head of Identity and Access Management to develop and implement new standards, guidelines and processes that help to enhance

Support of broader project deliveries within the agreed time frames

FUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Pragmatic and a good communicator, with Knowledge and experience of SailPoint Identity IQ
  • Understanding of deployment and change processes, Dev, Pre-Prod to Prod, SIT and UAT testing
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in IAM delivery, ideally within the financial services sector
  • Expertise in Identity and Access Management technologies including SailPoint, CyberArk and Microsoft.
  • Good business engagement ability to quickly build up rapport with stakeholders and maintain long-lasting working relationships, with solid communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Sound IT / technical knowledge of key applications (primarily SailPoint) and how they integrate with other applications.
  • Awareness of architectural frameworks, proven experience analysing successful HLDs and LLDs.

Experience of Agile Delivery Frameworks and approaches.

The role will need sound judgement as it will interface directly with business stakeholders
