Position: HR Admin


Experience Required: 2 Years


Location: HSIDC Industrial Area (Panchkula)


Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and proactive HR Admin with 2 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Admin will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and the overall employee experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in posting job advertisements on various job boards and company websites.

Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.

Conduct reference checks and background verifications.

Prepare and process offer letters and employment contracts.

Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Records Management:

Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance reviews.

Ensure all employee records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

Assist in processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution of salaries.

Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.

Employee Relations:

Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.

Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances.

Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

General Administrative Support:

Maintain HR documentation and filing systems.

Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.

Provide administrative support to the HR team and other departments as required

Adding and deleting Employees From insurance policies

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

Assist in the development and monitoring of KRAs and KPIs for employees.

Track and report on employee performance metrics.

Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.

Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2 years of experience in an HR administrative role.

Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
