Our project boasts a 21-acre area, 9 acres of which is dedicated to Green Valley phase-2, in addition to 12 acres of Green Valley phase-1. Our facilities include 24/7 security, CC cameras for the entire layout, a club house, party lawn, greenery trees and plants, children's park, resting park, open gym, badminton court, basketball court, jogging tracks, storm water drain, water connection, overhead water tank, individual electricity connections, LED and induction lamps, underground power supply, and 50 feet wide road inside. Our project is adjacent to the Sarjapura-Hosur 150 feet Road, according to the CDP plan, and is also located near popular schools, hospitals and a Metro station.
Role Description
We are seeking a qualified Senior Marketing Manager for a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for our business. This role requires an individual who can think strategically, understands the importance of customer engagement, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Marketing Manager will develop and oversee the execution of a marketing plan across multiple channels, including online and offline advertising, events, brand management, and promotional campaigns for the company.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging and high-quality marketing content
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans and ideas
  • Experience managing a team and leading cross-functional projects
  • Well-versed in digital marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and online advertising
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategy
  • Experience in event management and public relations is a plus
