Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced CRM Developer with over seven years in web application development, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform. The ideal candidate will be proficient in C#.net, Azure, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD, and demonstrate strong skills in designing and implementing Plugins, Power Automate flows, and leveraging new technologies like AI Builder and CoPilot. This role involves applying sound judgment to complex problem-solving, adhering to enterprise architecture patterns, and driving agile delivery across the application lifecycle.Key Responsibilities and Technical Deliverables : Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Development : - Leverage Expertise in Microsoft Dynamic 365 Customer Engagement to design, develop, and customize solutions.- Demonstrate Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, and associated architecture and design methodologies to build scalable CRM functionality and workflows.- Utilize and integrate emerging capabilities like AI Builder and CoPilot to enhance business processes and user experiences within Dynamics 365.Backend and Cloud Integration : - Apply a strong Background in Azure services, including integrating Dynamics 365 solutions with cloud resources.- Develop custom logic and extensions using C#.net (e.g., custom workflows, Plugins, and Azure Functions).- Implement and maintain Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient, automated deployment of Dynamics and Power Platform solutions.Architecture and Methodology : - Apply an Understanding of iterative and agile development practices to all development cycles, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to changing business needs.- Possess Awareness of Enterprise Architecture Patterns to ensure designed solutions fit within the broader organizational IT landscape.Quality Assurance and Problem Solving : - Exhibit excellent Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities with sound judgment to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues in high-volume environments.- Contribute to quality control via Experience in application testing (functional, regression, performance, integration, etc.) and delivery management throughout the lifecycle.Stakeholder Collaboration : - Possess Effective communication skills and the Ability to interact directly with business users at various organizational levels to gather requirements, provide technical clarification, and manage expectations.
