Exp-At least 25+ Year’s experience in Plant operation from Engineering Companies.

Qualification – Bachelor-Mechanical

Job location- Vadodara, Gujarat

Mandatory Requirement

  1. Must be from Engineering industry only
  2. B.E. Mechanical is must

Job Role:

People Management:

  • Lead and inspire a large, multi-disciplinary team, focusing on workforce development, engagement, and high performance.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and retention of skilled personnel, ensuring alignment with production demands and organizational goals.

Supply Chain Management:

  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure effective procurement, inventory control, and logistics management.
  • Implement strategies to optimize the supply chain for cost efficiency and minimal disruption to operations.

Plant Operations Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Continuously improve plant processes to ensure optimal efficiency and reduce downtime, ensuring targets are met.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and execute long-term strategies for the plant’s growth and operational excellence.
  • Align plant operations with corporate strategies and market demands, ensuring that production capacity meets future growth.

Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS):

  • Ensure strict adherence to EHS guidelines and lead initiatives to foster a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to eliminate hazards and enhance the plant’s safety performance.

Project Management:

  • Lead capital projects and plant improvements, including expansions, new technology implementation, and process upgrades.
  • Ensure projects are executed within time, cost, and quality constraints, maintaining strong collaboration with engineering and finance teams.

Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate leadership regarding plant performance, challenges, and strategic opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of open communication across all levels of the plant, encouraging transparency and cross-functional collaboration.

Industrial Engineering & Production Management:

  • Utilize industrial engineering principles to streamline operations, reduce waste, and maximize output.
  • Oversee production planning, ensuring that production processes align with business objectives, capacity, and customer requirements.

Financial Acumen:

  • Take ownership of the plant’s budget, focusing on cost controls, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Monitor key financial metrics, such as production costs, margins, and ROI, and implement measures to improve financial performance.

Problem Solving & Decision Making:

  • Act as a key problem-solver, proactively identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to address issues in real-time, maintaining smooth production flows.

Capacity Planning:

  • Develop long-term capacity plans based on current and future demand forecasts, ensuring scalability and flexibility of operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase plant capacity without compromising quality or safety.
