Job Description :We are looking for an exceptional Head of Technology to define and lead the technology vision, strategy, and execution across our product portfolio. This pivotal leadership role requires a strong technical foundation, deep product engineering expertise, and hands-on experience across AI/ML, SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Platform Engineering. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to foster innovation, build scalable solutions, and guide high-performing engineering teams using agile, modern development practices.Key Responsibilities :Technology Leadership & Strategy :- Define and own the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs.- Lead architectural and design decisions across products, platforms, and services- Champion adoption of AI/ML, Cloud-native, automation, and cybersecurity-first principles in engineering.- Drive innovation through research, prototyping, and evaluation of emerging technologies.Engineering & Delivery Excellence :- Establish and enforce best-in-class engineering practices, Agile SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps.- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of platforms and applications.- Lead software development, release planning, and cross-functional coordination to meet timelines and KPIs.- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence.Stakeholder & Product Collaboration :- Collaborate with Product Management, Business, Sales, and Customer teams to align technology initiatives with market needs.- Translate business vision into scalable technical solutions and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.People Leadership & Culture Building: - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of senior technology leaders, architects, and engineers- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, accountability, and high performance- Drive talent development, succession planning, and hiring in line with organizational goals.Required Skills & Experience :Proven hands-on experience and leadership in :- AI/ML, SaaS/PaaS, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)- Cybersecurity principles, Platform engineering, Agile/DevSecOps.- Strong knowledge of modern engineering practices and SDLC methodologies.- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.- Demonstrated experience in managing large, distributed, cross-functional tech teams.- Prior experience in a Software Product Company is highly preferred.- Track record of innovation, thought leadership, and owning technology decisions end-to-end.
