Professional Summary :

We are seeking a Cloud Engineer with 6+ years of experience to design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS platforms. Candidate will demonstrate strong cloud-native architecture skills, DevOps automation, and infrastructure security best practices to support modern enterprise environments at scale.

Tech Stack - AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC), Terraform/CloudFormation, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), Python/Shell scripting, Git, VPC, DNS, Load Balancers, Firewalls, CloudWatch/ELK/Prometheus for monitoring.

Key Responsibilities :

Area Description :

- Cloud Infrastructure Design, deploy, and manage cloud-native infrastructure on AWS or Azure using best practices.

- Automation & IaC Build IaC using Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation; automate provisioning via Ansible or PowerShell DSC.

- CI/CD Pipelines Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.

- Scripting Write automation scripts using Bash, Python, or PowerShell for routine tasks and deployments.

- Monitoring & Observability Implement monitoring with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or Azure Monitor.

- Security & Compliance Apply security controls, IAM policies, encryption, and best practices for cloud governance.

- Containers & Orchestration Work with Docker, Podman, and manage Kubernetes clusters (AKS or EKS preferred).

- Collaboration Work closely with developers, testers, and architects to ensure stable deployments.

- Documentation Maintain detailed technical documentation and SOPs.

- Performance Tuning Optimize cloud resource usage for performance and cost efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience :

Skill Area Requirements :

- Cloud Platforms Hands-on with AWS or Azure.

- Experience 3-7 years in Cloud/DevOps engineering roles.

- Scripting Strong in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

- Infrastructure as Code Proficient in Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.

- CI/CD Tools Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, AWS Code pipeline

- Monitoring Tools Grafana, ELK Stack, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Dynatrace.

- Certifications AWS/Azure Cloud or DevOps certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Pro, Azure DevOps Expert).

- Containers Docker, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS).

- Networking Good understanding of VPC, DNS, Load Balancers, Firewalls, etc.

Preferred Qualifications and Certifications :

- B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or related fields.

- Experience with serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).

- Knowledge of microservices and cloud-native application design.

- Prior experience with on-prem/cloud hybrid setups.

- Knowledge of big data frameworks like Hadoop is an added advantage.
