Key Account Manager

Responsibilities岗位职责:
- Master detailed technical knowledge of the company's products, particularly gantry machining centers, vertical machining centers, and horizontal machining centers, while keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and technological developments.
- Understand and identify customer technical requirements specific to the machine tool industry, master product technical details, perform professional demonstrations, and develop suitable machining solutions based on customer needs.
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients; expand the company’s influence in the machine tool market by participating in industry conferences, trade shows, and relevant networking activities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including quoting, negotiation, order processing, delivery, and post-sales support, ensuring customer needs are met in a timely manner.
- Gather market and customer feedback to provide valuable input for product improvement and new product development; work closely with the product management team to ensure product development aligns with market demands.

- 识别新的销售机会和潜在客户,维护并深化与现有客户的关系;通过参与行业会议、贸易展览和其他相关活动来拓展公司在机床市场的影响力。
- 全面管理销售周期,包括报价和谈判、订单处理和交付以及售后支持,确保客户需求得到及时响应。
- 收集市场和客户的反馈,为产品改进和新产品开发提供有价值的建议,与产品管理团队紧密合作,确保产品开发符合市场需求。
Requirements任职资格:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in sales within the machine tool industry, with familiarity in gantry machining centers, vertical machining centers, and horizontal machining centers; strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis, ability to adapt to rapidly changing technical environments, and a commitment to continuous learning of new products and market information.
- Ability to understand complex products and technical concepts, propose innovative solutions based on customer requirements, and communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
- Proficiency in the sales process, including customer prospecting, needs analysis, negotiation, and deal closing; capable of delivering excellent customer service and establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
