About the RoleAs a Golang & Blockchain Developer, you will be part of a core engineering team responsible for designing and implementing high-performance backend systems and blockchain solutions. You'll work on distributed architectures, smart contracts, and scalable microservices that power secure, enterprise-grade products. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge blockchain technologies, while contributing to mission-critical business systems.Responsibilities• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang.• Build and deploy private blockchain networks (Hyperledger Fabric).• Develop and optimize smart contracts (chaincode) in Go for enterprise workflows.• Implement secure APIs and microservices for blockchain data and integrations.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, QA, and Architecture) to deliver reliable solutions.• Conduct performance optimization, testing, and debugging of blockchain nodes and Go services.• Write technical documentation for blockchain modules and integration workflows.• Research and evaluate new blockchain frameworks, tools, and cryptographic techniques to enhance platform capabilities.• Contribute to improving DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and system observability for blockchain networks.Requirements• Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science or related field from a reputed institution.• 4–8 years of total software development experience, with 2+ years in Golang.• Hands-on experience in blockchain development (preferably Hyperledger Fabric).• Strong understanding of smart contracts, consensus algorithms, and peer-to-peer architecture.• Proficiency in REST APIs, gRPC, and microservices design patterns.• Knowledge of cryptographic protocols, digital signatures, and key management.• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.• Working knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other event-driven systems is a plus.• Cloud experience on AWS / Azure / GCP is desirable.• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and ownership mindset.Why Join Us?We thought you'd never ask Along with a competitive salary, flexible working hours, and a high-performance product culture, here's what we offer:• A chance to work on real-world blockchain innovation impacting millions of users.• Cutting-edge projects involving Go, distributed systems, and next-gen DLT platforms.• A fun, collaborative environment with continuous learning and innovation.• Diversity & Inclusion: Tanla is an equal opportunity employer.
