We are looking for Associate Director / Sr. Associate Director – Employee Experience (HR Business Partner)
Location: Chennai or Bangalore-
• MBA(HR) with cross-cultural experience of 12 to 15 years in all facets of HR.
• Strategic thinker and result-oriented with broad experience in devising people policies, employee engagement and retention strategies.
• An articulate communicator with excellent relationship management & influencing skills.

This is an exciting role and would entails you to
• Design, deploy and measure effective talent engagement, development and retention practices for one or more business unit.
• Devise and implement monthly, quarterly and annual people engagement initiatives that is aligned with key business strategies and develops highly engaged teams.
• Drive onboarding and off-boarding practices as per the guidelines of the organization.
• Analyse trends in employee turnover and employee engagement surveys and recommend interventions backed by data.
• Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee issues and grievances, fairly representing all interests.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives
aligned with business objectives.
• Support organizational change initiatives and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
• Resolve employee escalations within TAT and within performance management; merit and bonus
awards; benefits enrolment etc.
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits and promote fair pay philosophy with key internal
stakeholders.
• Identify training needs for the respective business unit in tandem with business leadership and collaborate with talent transformation CoE to devise appropriate and effective training plan
• Partner with various with CoEs for organizational
initiatives.
• Provide guidance and inputs on inter-business resource transfers, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Provide day-day performance management guidance to line management (eg: disciplinary actions, proactive retention measures etc)
• Monthly collation and reporting of HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR strategies.
• Partner with Talent transformation in implementing programs that focus on development of key talent
