Role Overview:


We are seeking a Finance Manager with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team and managing financial operations effectively, with expertise in Tally ERP software.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Manage and maintain financial records in Tally ERP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure timely compliance with Indian regulatory requirements such as GST, TDS, and payroll-related statutory obligations.
  • Lead month-end closures, financial reconciliations, and preparation of management information system (MIS) reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and resolve discrepancies.
  • Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Assist leadership with financial insights to support strategic decision-making.


Key Requirements:


  • 6-8 years of experience in financial management and accounting.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of Indian financial regulations, including GST and TDS.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a history of managing and guiding teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
