Manager - PR, Influencers, and Collaboration
Job Description :
- Public Relations.
- Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand share of voice.
- Cultivate relationships with beauty editors, journalists, and industry influencers to secure positive press coverage and brand mentions.
- Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Organize and manage press events, product launches, and other PR-related activities.
- Monitor and report on media coverage, providing insights and recommendations for future PR efforts.
- Responsible for thought leadership for founder.
Influencer Marketing:
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with beauty influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with the brand's goals and values.
- Collaborate with influencers on content creation, ensuring that it resonates with our target audience and enhances brand storytelling.
- Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, optimizing for engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and new influencer opportunities.
Collaborations and Eventing :
- Identify and pursue strategic brand partnerships and collaborations that align with our brand ethos and growth objectives.
- Negotiate collaboration agreements and oversee the execution of joint campaigns and projects.
- Manage relationships with key external partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partnership activities into overall brand strategy.
- Manage and execute events at key stores with society taste makers , influencers and Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand collaborations within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong network of media contacts, influencers, and brand partners in the beauty industry.
- Proven track record of executing successful PR campaigns, influencer partnerships, and collaborations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment of beauty.
- Creative thinker with a passion for beauty trends, innovation, and consumer engagement.
- Experience with PR and influencer marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.
