Description :Position Overview :We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with proven expertise in UI Builder and Custom Application Development on the ServiceNow NOW Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architecting, developing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, including ITOM, ITAM, ITSM, HRSD, and CSM.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications using UI Builder and JavaScript-based scripting.- Build and deploy custom applications, dashboards, scorecards, indicators, breakdowns, and widgets aligned with business requirements.- Develop and implement REST API integrations and other third-party connectors to enhance platform capabilities.- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Performance Analytics (PA) solutions within ServiceNow.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, performance targets, and actionable insights for business reporting.- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization across ServiceNow modules.- Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews while maintaining adherence to best development practices.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.- Stay abreast of ServiceNow releases, enhancements, and emerging platform features, and incorporate best practices into ongoing projects.Required Skills & Experience :- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Custom Application Development.- Strong proficiency in UI Builder, JavaScript, and ServiceNow Scripting.- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST APIs, JSON, XML).- Proven expertise in Performance Analytics, dashboard creation, and data visualization.- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.- Experience in collaborating with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.Preferred Skills :- Experience in Service Portal development.- Exposure to multiple ServiceNow modules (ITOM, ITAM, ITSM, HRSD, CSM).- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Key Technical Skills :Mandatory : ServiceNow Custom App Development, UI Builder, JavaScript, REST API IntegrationsPreferred : Service Portal, Performance Analytics, ITOM/ITAM (ref:hirist.tech)
