Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive statistical programming strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

- Identify and implement best practices in statistical programming to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in statistical methods and programming languages.

- Advocate for the value of statistical programming within the organization and translate complex statistical concepts for business stakeholders.

Team Management & Mentorship:

- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of statistical programmers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in the field of statistical programming.

- Provide clear direction, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure timely completion of projects.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.

Statistical Programming & Analysis:

- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of statistical models and analyses to address complex business questions.

- Ensure the quality and accuracy of statistical code, data manipulation, and analysis results.

- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business users to define data requirements, interpret results, and communicate insights Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).

- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in statistical programming and data analysis, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience with statistical modeling techniques (e. g. , regression analysis, time series analysis, machine learning).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a critical thinking approach.

- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Proficiency in data visualization tools (a plus).
