Introduction to role:

"Are you ready to lead and advise the full scope of project delivery in the field of statistical programming? We are seeking an Associate Director for Statistical Programming, a leadership role that requires profound programming experience and excellent industry knowledge. This role will provide subject matter expertise within the Programming team and act as a specialist within cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvement. Accountabilities:

"As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of statistical programming aspects of the protocol or clinical development program. You will ensure the high quality of all project deliverables, holding partners and providers accountable for their deliverables. You will also manage activities of our external partners ( Contract Research Organisations), influence stakeholders by providing subject matter expertise on programming related items, and ensure compliance to standards and automation usage. Your role will also involve finding opportunities to improve methodology and providing practical solutions for problems."

Essential Skills/Experience:

Degree in Mathematics (, Applied Math, Engineering, etc), Statistics, Computer Science, Life Science or equivalent

Proven programming expertise

Thorough knowledge of the clinical development process

Thorough knowledge of industry standards and ability to implement them

Ability to apply programming expertise to problem solving and troubleshooting for teams

Current knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements relevant for the role

Ability to proactively manage concurrent activities within a project

Proficient ability to influence relevant stakeholders on programming related items

Ability to manage risk in complicated or novel situations
