We’re looking for asmart, proactive, and highly result-driven Lead Generatorwho can fuel our growth by consistently bringing high-quality prospects.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential clients throughLinkedIn, email, web research & industry listings . Qualify leads based onbusiness need, budget, and decision hierarchy . Craft compelling introductions andinitiate conversations with decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, IT Heads) . Plan and runoutbound campaigns (LinkedIn + email sequences) . Maintain and updatelead pipelines, CRM & reporting dashboards . Work closely with the Business Development team tohand over qualified leads . Continuously improve targeting strategies and conversion ratios.Required SkillsExcellent English communication (written + spoken)—must be able to confidently converse with international clients . Proven lead-generation experience inIT services / SaaS / ERP / software development . Strong research capability & understanding of business structures. Excellent written & verbal communication. Hands-on withLinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, email sequencing tools (Apollo, Instantly, etc.) . Should understandsales funnels, ICPs, and prospect behavior . Proactive, analytical, andnumbers driven .Preferred (Bonus)Experience working withOdoo, ERP, or tech product companies . Understanding ofagency service models and tech project life cycles .
