Job Title: Lead Generator – Digital Marketing AgencyLocation: RemoteJob Type: Full-TimeExperience: 1–3 years (preferred)Looking for prospective candidates for generating leads via bulk emailing, LinkedIn, or other social media platforms for IT services - mobile apps, websites, digital marketing, SEO, and SMO for the international market.Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate qualified leads for digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, etc.)Research and target potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other lead generation tools/platformsBuild and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and regularly update CRM systemsAchieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets (KPIs)Qualify leads through initial outreach and close the deal.Continuously analyze and improve lead generation strategies to increase conversion ratesRequirements:Proven experience in lead generation or business development in a digital marketing agency.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of digital marketing services and client needsProficient in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRM/lead toolsSelf-driven, performance-focused, and results-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPerformance Metrics:Number of qualified leads generated per week/monthLead-to-meeting conversion rateContribution to the overall sales pipeline and revenue
