The Regional Sales Head will be responsible for managing and growing regional sales, overseeing account management, and developing and implementing sales strategies. The role includes working closely with team members to ensure sales targets are met, providing leadership and guidance to the sales team, and making data-driven decisions to drive regional growth.QualificationsPrior experience of at-least 10 years in FMCG Industry specific in Delhi-NCR regionExposure to B2B Quick Commerce Model in FMCG/Grocery segment Sales and Account Management skillsTeam Management and Sales Management skillsAnalytical Skills for data-driven decision makingStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProven leadership abilities and experience in a similar roleBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
