Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, finance, and quality, to support plant operations.

Regularly report HR metrics, including employee turnover, absenteeism, and productivity, to the senior management.

Ensure compliance with all labor regulations, handling inspections, audits, and other regulatory requirements efficiently.
