About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase & HR Executive to manage our procurement processes, handle HR operations, and maintain professional relationships with vendors. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth supply chain operations, cost-effective purchasing, and efficient HR coordination within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Procurement: Identify requirements, source materials, request quotations, evaluate proposals, and process purchase orders in line with company policies.
  • HR Support: Assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and maintaining HR records.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all purchases and HR processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to align procurement and HR needs with operational goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, HR, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Proven experience in purchasing, vendor communication, and HR operations.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with procurement software/ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
