The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, developing business plans, analysing data to optimize account performance, and implementing strategies to maximize customer satisfaction. The role requires regular collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and maintain long-term partnerships.Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in Key Account Management, Brand Management, or Growth roles. Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making Proficiency in Business Planning and strategy formulation Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and platform dashboards (Swiggy/Zomato). Experience in the food tech or hospitality industry is an advantage Passion for the food & beverage industry and digital growth.
