Technical Project Manager

Job Description Planning and Management :- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation measures.- Track project KPIs and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.- Manage project budget and ensure adherence to financial Leadership :- Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled developers, DBAs, and testers.- Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and implement PL/SQL solutions.- Review and approve technical designs and code to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.- Oversee database performance tuning and optimization Relationship Management :- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients.- Address client concerns and provide timely Improvement :- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.- Identify opportunities for automation and streamlining project workflows.- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the Skills and Experience :- Strong expertise in PL/SQL with hands-on experience in database development, optimization, and tuning.- Proficiency in Oracle Database systems and related technologies.- Knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and tools.- Proven experience in managing technical projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.- Hands-on experience with project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Trello.- Experience in leading and managing technical teams, including developers, DBAs, and testers.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to interface with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams Qualifications :- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies.- Knowledge of additional database technologies or scripting languages.- Experience in integrating PL/SQL solutions with other enterprise systems (ref:hirist.tech)
