About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager who can lead complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of technology-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of project management expertise, technical understanding, and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:1. Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects within timelines, scope, and budget.2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, milestones, and deliverables.3. Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.4. Coordinate with engineering, QA, product, and business teams to ensure smooth execution.5. Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; implement mitigation strategies.6. Ensure adherence to organizational processes, compliance, and quality standards.7. Mentor and guide team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.Required Skills & Experience:1. 7+ years of experience in IT/technical project management.2. Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).3. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and client communications.4. Strong technical background to understand and guide technical discussions.5. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.6.
