Enterprise Architecture & Governance- Be part of the LS IT Marketing & Sales , defining guiding principles, reference architectures, and governance frameworks for AI (Agentforce and Merck's own myGPT). - Translate business use cases into enterprise-level Agentic solutions that scale across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud. Including other applications like SAP, Genesys, UIPath - Ensure adherence to compliance and security standards in alignment with Merck KGaA’s enterprise IT and regulatory requirements.AI-Driven DevOps & Automation- Architect multi-agent DevOps pipelines, integrating Agentforce, MCP, and LangChain frameworks to automate packaging, testing, and deployments. - Embed Agentforce HITL (human-in-the-loop) patterns for secure, auditable automation in regulated contexts. - Automate security and infrastructure processes including IP-range updates, Named Credential management, and TLS/JWT flows.Data Cloud & Agentforce Innovation- Design Data Clean Rooms and enrichment pipelines for compliant 2nd- and 3rd-party data usage in life sciences. - Implement conversation-aware Agentforce bots, enabling compliant, secure patient and customer interactions. - Integrate external vector stores and AI models for smarter, context-rich Salesforce automations.Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership- Partner with business leaders, commercial, and IT functions to align architecture with enterprise roadmaps. - Mentor architects, developers, and administrators; build capabilities in AI-augmented Salesforce delivery. - Champion innovation in Salesforce & AI while ensuring risk management, auditability, and compliance.
