Honored as a Top Workplaces USA winner five years in a row, we’re known for delivering scalable, agent-driven solutions that empower humans, agents, and robots to work smarter together.Job SummaryKey Responsibilities- Design and lead the delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Health Cloud. - Apply best practices to leverage Salesforce out-of-the-box features effectively and minimize custom development. - Lead technical solutioning using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools. - Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms. - Define and implement CI/CD deployment strategies using tools like Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Gearset. Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions. - Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure compliance with best practices, performance, and security standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to guide platform strategy and roadmaps.Required Qualifications- 8+ years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform, with at least 3 years in an architect role. - Expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds including Health Cloud (preferred but optional), Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. - Strong development experience with Apex, LWC, and the Salesforce metadata model. - Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, sharing model, automation tools, and platform limits. - Proven experience with MuleSoft for API-led integration design and enterprise service orchestration. - Strong grasp of CI/CD, DevOps, and sandbox management practices in Salesforce environments. - Ability to lead architectural discussions and translate business goals into robust technical designs.Salesforce Certifications Required or Strongly Preferred- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Required) - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Preferred) - Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect (Required) - Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (Required) - Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (Required) - Salesforce Certified Application Architect (Strongly Preferred or In Progress)
