Key Responsibilities :
- Stakeholder Management : Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and product owners to ensure alignment of expectations and clear communication of requirements and progress.
- Regression Testing : Plan and conduct thorough regression testing throughout the life cycle of each code release to ensure that new code does not introduce regressions or performance issues.
- Test Scenario & Script Development : Create detailed test scenarios and scripts based on business requirements. Ensure that these scenarios cover all edge cases and business-critical functionalities.
- Issue Tracking & Resolution : Lead the issue tracking and resolution efforts, including logging issues, tracking progress, and providing updates to stakeholders. Ensure that issues are tracked in the appropriate tools and escalated as needed.
- Collaborating with Product Team : Work closely with the product team to identify and account for technical and architectural complexities that may affect the design or performance of digital solutions.
- Measure Effectiveness : Help define measures of effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction for various business, user, technical, and brand objectives to ensure the success of the solution.
- Translate Business Objectives into Product Requirements : Assist the product team in
translating strategic business goals into specific, actionable product requirements that align with technical capabilities.
- Develop Functional Specifications : Work with both internal and external resources to develop in-depth functional specifications for interfaces, system enhancements, or integrations requested by the business.
- Document Specifications : Write comprehensive and detailed specification documents that are clear, concise, and fully cover business needs, functional requirements, and technical Skills & Qualifications :
- Experience : 5+ years of experience in a business analysis, QA lead, or similar role, with experience in regression testing, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.- Testing Expertise : Hands-on experience in manual testing and creating test scripts, with a focus on regression and functional testing.
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation : Proven ability to gather business requirements and convert them into detailed test scenarios, scripts, and technical specifications.
- Issue Tracking & Tools : Experience using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) and test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Quality Center).
- Business & Technical Communication : Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple business terms for stakeholders and product
teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, business stakeholders) to ensure requirements are met and expectations are aligned.
- Specifications Writing : Experience in creating detailed functional specifications and other technical documentation that are clear and comprehensive.
- Analytical Skills : Ability to think strategically about business challenges and technical complexities, identifying potential risks and Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Analysis, Information Systems, or related field.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Experience in UX/UI design or working with product teams to design seamless user experiences.
- Knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP) is a plus.
- Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB) would be an We Offer :
