Job Role: Creative AI & Video Production SpecialistRole OverviewWe are looking for a Creative AI & Video Production Specialist who can combine the power of AI tools with creative thinking to design and deliver high-quality visuals, animations, and videos. The role requires hands-on expertise in AI image/video generation, video editing, voice synchronization, and script refinement. The candidate should be innovative, adaptable, and eager to explore new AI platforms while ensuring cost-effective solutions.This is a long-term, on-site role with opportunities to learn, experiment, and grow within a creative production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Content Creation- Generate AI-based images and videos (2D & 3D animation and more). - Write accurate and optimized prompts for AI tools.Video Editing & Post-Production- Edit AI-generated content and live-action videos into polished outputs (long and short form). - Perform voice synchronization and integrate AI-generated voiceovers.Creative Development- Refine and adapt scripts using AI tools. - Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts during project planning.Research & Optimization- Explore and test new AI platforms for animation, video, and voice applications. - Identify the most suitable and cost-effective tools for different projects. - Continuously optimize workflow for better efficiency and output quality.Key Skills Required- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar). - Knowledge of AI-based design and video platforms (e.g., Runway, Pika, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, ElevenLabs, DID, Kaiber, etc.). - Strong visual sense, storytelling ability, and creative expression. - Excellent communication skills to express creative ideas clearly. - Problem-solving mindset, with patience and the ability to work under deadlines. - Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and workflows.Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any discipline; Preferred: Diploma/Degree/Masters in Video Production, Animation (2D/3D), Multimedia & Visual Communication, Film & Video Editing, Media Arts, or related creative fields.Work Experience0 to 4 years of experience.Perks & Benefits- AI Tools Training – Hands-on learning with cutting-edge AI platforms. - Opportunity to explore and experiment with new creative technologies on the job. - Quarterly Performance Bonus based on defined parameters. - Exposure to diverse creative projects and global-standard workflows.Work Conditions- Probation: 3 months. - Post-Confirmation: Salary hike as per performance. - Location: On-site (Monday to Friday, upto 2 working Saturdays per month).Last Date of Application: 15th October 2025How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to share their latest resume at hr@metaphorvideos.com with the subject line: Application – Creative AI & Video Production SpecialistMetaphor Videoshttps://www.metaphorvideos.com/08860121837Location: Noida
