Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team, effectively communicating technical information to clients, and assisting in the sales process. Day-to-day tasks include resolving technical issues, demonstrating product features, developing technical solutions for customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

  • Sales Engineering and Sales skills
  • Technical Support and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field
  • Experience in the travel technology industry is a plus
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and products
