What You'll Do :

- We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions.

- The role involves managing a technical team, ensuring the efficient delivery of SAP projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business operations and drive technical innovation within the SAP environment.

- Lead and manage a team of SAP technical consultants and developers.

- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to ensure high-quality SAP- solutions.

- Collaborate with functional teams, stakeholders, and business units to align SAP initiatives- with business goals.

- Drive SAP technical strategies and ensure adherence to best practices and SAP standards.

- Oversee SAP architecture design, development, and customization for various modules (e., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Fiori, SAP BW).

- Manage SAP system upgrades, migrations, and support activities.

- Ensure effective integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications and- databases.

- Provide technical solutions for complex SAP issues and enhancements.

- Ensure system performance, security, and stability by proactively monitoring the SAP- landscape.

- Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

- Facilitate change management and provide post-implementation support.

- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to- understand requirements and design technical solutions.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

- Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures, ensuring knowledge sharing- within the team.

What We Look For :

- 8+ years of experience in SAP technical roles, including development, configuration, and administration.

- 4+ years of experience in a leadership or management role within SAP environments.

- Experience with implementations, upgrades, and migrations.

- SAP certifications (e., SAP Technical Architect, SAP Solution Manager).

- Experience in cloud-based SAP solutions (e., SAP HANA on AWS, Azure).

- Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience with SAP Solution Manager.

- Proven ability to lead technical teams in an agile environment.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
