What You’ll DoWe’re now hiring a curious and ambitiousChartered Accountant (fresher or recent graduate)based in India to join ourImplementation & AI Transformation Team– a high-impact group that works at the intersection of accounting and automation.Act as the bridge between customer accounting workflows and Maximor’s AI platform Help onboard customers by mapping their financial processes to our product modules Identify accounting edge cases and collaborate with engineers to refine AI behavior Document uncommon scenarios and contribute to internal training datasets Work directly with customers to resolve issues and deliver valueWho You AreQualified Chartered Accountant(freshers encouraged to apply) Solid understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and general ledger concepts Curious abouttechnology, automation, and AI in finance Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven Strong communication skills and comfort working across teams (product, engineering, support) Exposure to ERP/accounting tools (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) is a plusWhat You’ll GainBe part of a pioneering AI product team solving real-world finance problems Gain exposure to global finance teams – and shape the tools they’ll use Collaborate with world-class engineers, product thinkers, and finance veterans Gain hands-on experience across implementation, QA, support, and customer success Opportunity to grow into leadership roles in product, solutions, or customer-facing teams as we scaleApply here or drop your CV at careers@maximor.ai.
