We are seeking a highly skilledSenior Talend Developerto design, build, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines and data integration solutions. The role requires expertise inTalend, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms , along with the ability to lead technical design, mentor team members, and deliver high-quality data solutions aligned with business goals.Location:Hyderabad or Bangalore (Work from Office – 5 days a week) Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintainETL pipelinesusing Talend for data integration, transformation, and loading. Build and optimizeSnowflake (or other cloud DWH) data modelsto support analytics and reporting needs. ImplementCDC, incremental loads, and performance tuningstrategies for large-scale datasets. Integrate data fromheterogeneous sources (databases, APIs, flat files, cloud systems)into centralized platforms. Ensuredata quality, security, and complianceacross pipelines and workflows. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Supportmigrations from legacy ETL tools (Informatica, DataStage, SSIS)to Talend. DriveCI/CD practicesfor ETL deployments, including Git integration and automated testing. Mentor junior developers, review code, and enforce best practices and standards. Required Skills & Experience: 6+ years of experience in ETL/Data Engineering, with at least 4 years inTalend (Open Studio/Enterprise/Data Fabric) . Strong experience withSQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning . Hands-on withSnowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP(at least one cloud platform). Solid understanding ofdata warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and schema design . Proficiency inPython/Shell scriptingfor automation and data handling. Experience integrating withREST/SOAP APIs, flat files, and streaming data sources . Knowledge ofversion control (Git/SVN)and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Good to Have: Experience withdata governance, data cataloging, and metadata-driven ETL .
