This role requires strong analytical skills, solid SQL/BigQuery expertise, and the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency of business-critical data. You will work closely with data engineering and business teams to troubleshoot mismatches, design validation checks, and provide reliable reporting for decision-making.Required Skills & Qualifications- Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery for large-scale data processing - Strong proficiency in SQL, including query optimization techniques - Intermediate-level Python programming skills for scripting, automation, and data manipulation - Familiarity with shell scripting (a plus) - Proven experience with ETL frameworks and building scalable data pipelines - Working knowledge of Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration - Practical experience using GitHub for version control and team collaboration - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and teamwork skillsNice to Have- Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or additional GCP services - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and industry best practices
