Inviting applications for the role of Manager – NPD Analytics (Retail)
In this role, you will be responsible to support the operational rollout of new products across our retail categories. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating item setup, tracking timelines, maintaining product data accuracy, and ensuring all go-to-market requirements are met to enable a successful launches. 

Roles and Responsibilities 
• Own and manage end-to-end item setup and data entry for new products in PLM, PIM, and ERP systems, ensuring data completeness and accuracy across all fields (descriptions, attributes, pricing, pack size, dimensions, compliance info, etc.).
• Track and update NPD timelines, critical path milestones, and readiness status using internal trackers or project management tools.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with sourcing, packaging, regulatory, supply chain, and merchant teams to collect required information and documentation for each new item.
• Manage the executional deliverables for product samples, packaging proofs, and UPC generation in alignment with launch deadlines.
• Maintain master trackers and dashboards for new item readiness and launch status; proactively identify and flag risks to timelines or data gaps.
• Support quality checks during product set-up, line reviews, and item audits to ensure adherence to internal standards and data governance policies.
• Assist in the execution of promotional setup and pricing activation for new products, ensuring correct setup in relevant systems.
• Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting item setup or launch issues and escalate when needed to functional owners.

Space Planning Software:
JDA/Blue Yonder Space Planning/ Relex Solutions/Nexgen/ Dotactiv/ Apollo Retail or any other industry specific space planning tools 
Data Analytics and Visualization:
Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Retail/Operations Management/B.Arch/BE Civil/Interior designing. 
• Prior retail/Space planning/ Operations experience
Preferred qualifications 
• Ability to execute and follow through on high-quality output, with limited oversight.
• Exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to make data-backed decisions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• People management experience 
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and leverage systems and information to influence others
