About Nyra AI Nyra AI is building the future ofAI Voice Calling Agents— intelligent systems that can call, converse, understand, and take real actions autonomously.Our mission: To make voice-based automation as capable, empathetic, and reliable as a human conversation.Role OverviewWe’re looking for aSenior AI Voice Calling Agent Expert / Voice AI Engineerwho can join our founding team andlead the development of our core AI voice calling product from day one .You should be someone who lives and breathes conversational AI, voice tech, and intelligent agent design — and can turn raw ideas into production-grade systems without step-by-step training. You’ll work directly with the founders to build, optimize, and scale Nyra’s HCS voice intelligence framework.Key Responsibilities Architect and develop AIVoice Calling Agentscapable of natural human-like conversations. IntegrateTTS/STT engines(e.g., ElevenLabs, Azure, OpenAI, Whisper, Speechmatics, etc.) for high-fidelity voice experiences. Build and fine-tuneLLM-driven conversational logic(GPT-based or custom) for adaptive, context-aware responses. Create and optimizeconversation flowsfor appointment booking, reminders, feedback, and predictive calls. ImplementAPI integrationswith HMS, CRM, or other backend systems. Collaborate on developing theNyra Integration SDKfor plug-and-play hospital deployment. Continuously improve agent performance through data feedback and iterative tuning.Tech Stack We Work With (Preferred Experience) Languages:Python, Node.js, or Go Frameworks/Tools:LangChain, Vapi, Whisper, ElevenLabs, Twilio, Vonage, or Asterisk LLMs:OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Mistral, or fine-tuned domain models Voice Stack:Real-time STT/TTS, telephony APIs, WebRTC Integrations:REST APIs, hospital management systems, CRMs, webhooks Bonus:Experience building end-to-endvoice agents or call automation systemsYou’re the Right Fit If You’ve already built or deployedAI voice agentsorreal-time calling systemsbefore. You’re comfortable designingend-to-end voice workflows— from call initiation to data sync. You understandLLM reasoning ,prompt chaining , andagentic architectures . You canbuild fast, test fast, and iterate fast— working directly with the founder on mission-critical tech. You thrive in startup chaos, love ownership, and prefer impact over comfort.
