This is your canvas.You’ll own the design vision for Curately — from the information architecture to the interaction model, from the voice of the interface to the system design. You’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO, engineering, and product teams to imagine, prototype, and ship experiences that make complex data and workflows feel effortless and human.What You’ll DoOwn end-to-end product design across Curately’s platform — from ideation to polished, production-ready interfaces.Translate complexity into clarity — simplify dense datasets, AI-driven insights, and recruiter workflows into intuitive visual patterns.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and marketing to deliver cohesive and elegant product experiences.Develop and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and aesthetic excellence.Bring creativity and product thinking to the table — contribute ideas that influence product strategy, not just visual design.Prototype boldly. Iterate rapidly. Use tools like Figma, Framer, and AI-assisted design workflows to visualize and test concepts quickly.Champion the user.
