Position: Workday FP&A Application Support ConsultantExperience: 10+ years Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)About the Role: We are seeking an experiencedWorkday FP&A Application Support Consultantto join our finance technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inWorkday FP&A modules, financial planning, analysis, and reporting.This role requires expertise in Workday sheets, reports, dashboards, and integrations with ERP systems, along with strong business acumen in finance and accounting.Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintainWorkday sheets, reports, dashboards, and metricsto support financial and business decision-making. • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teamsto optimize Workday financial modules and business processes. • Design and supportintegrations with ERP systems(preferably SAP) for data extraction and reporting. • Prepare and manageworkflows, versions, access controls, dimensions, attributes, and metadatawithin Workday. • Build and maintaincustom reportsusingOfficeConnect. • SupportWorkday system upgrades, testing, and troubleshootingof financial models. • Performdata validation, reconciliation, and quality checksto ensure accuracy and integrity. • Executead-hoc financial analysisand contribute to special projects. • Providetraining and end-user supportglobally for Workday FP&A tools and processes. • Continuouslylearn new Workday FP&A featuresand share knowledge with super users to enhance functionality.Qualifications: •10+ yearsof relevant experience inFP&A and Workday Application Support. • Delivered2–3 end-to-end Workday FP&A projects(multi-geography, multi segment environments). • Experience inat least one implementation/support project in the petrochemical industry. • Proven expertise in Workday FP&A models such asRM/FG inventories, RM planning, revenue, working capital, variable/fixed cost, Capex/Depreciation, MIS,etc. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inFinance, Accounting, Business Administration(Finance), or related field. • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting processes, and reporting frameworks. • Proficiency infinancial data analysis and visualization(monthly review decks, dashboards, working capital, balance sheet, EBITDA, variance analysis, bridges, etc.). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in cross-functional teams.Preferred Skills: • Certification in Workday FP&A tool. • Ability to troubleshoot and overcome technical limitations in Workday FP&A. • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MIS processes. • Hands-on experience in financial analysis and business reporting.Interested candidates kindly share your CVs atayan@anthroplace.inor9230998558 .
