The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and executing performance and automation test strategies across web and mobile platforms. You will leverage your expertise in JMeter, Placemeter, Selenium, and AI-based testing tools to ensure optimal system performance and reliability. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with functional and performance testing, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position is ideal for someone passionate about optimizing performance, identifying bottlenecks, and driving quality improvements. If you have a strong background in automation and performance engineering, we’d like to meet you.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and execute performance and load tests using JMeter and Placemeter. - Implement automation test scripts using Selenium and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines. - Conduct functional, regression, and mobile testing to ensure optimal user experience. - Utilize AI-based testing tools (AI redit) to enhance test accuracy and efficiency. - Analyze performance test results, identify system bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies. - Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to define performance benchmarks and KPIs. - Prepare detailed test reports, performance metrics, and improvement recommendations. - Continuously improve test frameworks and automation strategies to support evolving technologies.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in automation and performance testing. - Strong expertise in JMeter and Placemeter for performance and load testing. - Proven experience with Selenium for automation testing across web applications. - Good understanding of mobile testing frameworks and methodologies. - Exposure to AI-based testing tools (AI redit or similar) for intelligent automation. - Solid understanding of functional testing, defect tracking, and QA best practices. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD integration. - Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
