About the Role: We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can drive content-led marketing initiatives, manage our digital presence, and ensure consistent storytelling across all touch points. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on comfortable managing website content, writing high-quality assets, and collaborating across teams to bring campaigns to life.Responsibilities: 1. Content Creation and Managementa. Plan, write, and manage content for marketing initiatives including blog articles, social campaigns, landing pages, customer journey templates, email sequences, one-pagers, product updates, and case studies.b. Translate technical product features (e.g., audience segmentation, campaign workflows) into clear business benefits for multiple personas from marketing ops teams to CMOs.c. Map content to different stages of the customer journey and tailor messaging for each channel.d. Maintain brand voice and editorial standards across all communications.e. Build and manage the content calendar; ensure timely delivery of campaigns.2. Website and Campaign Managementa. Manage and update website content to align with new releases, campaigns, and product positioning.b. Work closely with the design team to create cohesive campaign assets c. Collaborate with product marketing to keep messaging consistent and assets updated as features evolve.d. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, social insights) to monitor performance metrics such as traffic, CTR, demo sign-ups, and engagement.e. Analyze results and iterate content strategies based on insights.3. Demand Generation, Sales Alignment & GTM Supporta. Support sales and GTM motions through coordinated demand-generation campaigns.b. Plan and execute lead-generation activities including targeted email campaigns, webinars, events, and content syndication.c. Align campaign themes with sales objectives to drive inbound pipeline growth.d. Track and report on:- Campaigns Launched: number of email campaigns, webinars, and events supporting GTM activities.- Leads Captured: inbound leads from forms, content downloads, or webinars.- Collaborate with the sales and product marketing teams to optimize lead flow, improve follow-up efficiency, and refine messaging.Desired Candidate Profile: a. 3-5 years of experience in content writing or marketing for SaaS or technology products, preferably in MarTech or marketing automation.b. Proven ability to write across multiple channels, blog, social, web, email, and product templates, while maintaining a consistent tone and style.c. Strong research skills and the ability to interview subject matter experts to translate complex topics into simple narratives.d. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to structure and clarity.e. Practical experience using AI tools for ideation, outlines, first drafts, repurposing, and SEO optimization with strong human editorial judgment.Good to Have: a. Understanding of marketing concepts such as audience segmentation, customer journeys, and personalization.b. Working knowledge of SEO (search intent, on-page optimization, internal linking, keyword research).c.
