Through curiosity, creativity, and data-driven innovation, we create powerful, behavior-changing engagement that drives lasting impact.Key Responsibilities- Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate all operational aspects of events including logistics, vendor management, registrations, venue coordination, and on-ground execution. - Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with venues, production teams, vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery. - Have good vendor connections for gifting purposes. - Budget & Resource Management: Support in preparing and managing operational budgets, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring cost efficiency. - On-site Management: Supervise setup, branding, AV, delegate management, and ensure smooth running show during live events. - Compliance & Safety: Ensure all events follow safety regulations, permits, and compliance requirements. - Post-event Reporting: Support in feedback collection, debriefs, and reporting to measure event success and improvements.Requirements- Any bachelors degree. - 3+ years of experience in event operations, preferably in B2B events / conferences / exhibitions. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools/software. - Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines. - Flexibility to travel and work on-site during events.
