Choose a career with us and let’s pursue innovation, together.JOB DESCRIPTION- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites using Python, Selenium, and Pytest to ensure the quality of software products. - Design and implement BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) frameworks to create readable and maintainable test scripts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features and requirements, translating them into effective test plans. - Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs through their lifecycle. - Enhance and optimize the existing automation framework for better scalability and performance. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test coverage and the overall QA process.Skills Required:- 3-10 years of professional experience in QA automation with a strong focus on using Python for test automation. - Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver for creating robust, browser-based regression automation suites and tests. - In-depth knowledge of test frameworks like Pytest and BDD methodologies. - Experience with software QA tools and processes, including writing and executing test cases, defect tracking, and test reporting. - Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile/Scrum development methodologies. - Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins. - Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases. - Hands-on experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.QUALIFICATION:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.If you find this this opportunity interesting kindly share your updated profile on Hemant.trivedi@synechron.comWith below details (Mandatory)Total ExperienceExperience in Python Automation: -Current CTCExpected CTCNotice periodCurrent LocationReady to relocate to BangaloreOpen for 12 PM to 9 PM shiftIf you had gone through any interviews in Synechron before?
