What’s the opportunity?


Are you passionate about deciphering consumer behavior and driving data-informed marketing strategies? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Marketing Analyst. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in understanding customer trends, optimizing marketing initiatives, and enhancing our overall growth strategy.


What you'll do:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, customer acquisition channels, and user behavior to uncover insights and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and social media analytics platforms to track and analyze website traffic, user engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Assist in the development of segmentation strategies, customer personas, and targeted marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to provide recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer success to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.


What are we looking for?


  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
