This role demands agility, a forward-thinking mindset, and a high level of compliance. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Strategy and will play a crucial role in our fundraising activities and stakeholder communications.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Fundraising Support:
  • Assist the Head of Strategy in executing fundraising plans and strategies.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients and potential investors.
  • Prepare and organize investor presentations, pitch decks, and other fundraising materials.
  1. Stakeholder Communication:
  • Compile and share important company information with various stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and potential clients.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with current and prospective investors.
  • Ensure transparency and consistency in all communications.
  1. Meeting Coordination:
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with investors, clients, and internal teams.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up action items.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information post-meetings.
  1. Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure all investor communications and activities are compliant with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all investor interactions and documents.
  1. Strategic Input:
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on investor feedback and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Strategy to refine and improve fundraising strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in investor relations, preferably in a founder's office or having led Series B and onwards funding rounds.
  • MBA or CA qualification is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in successful fundraising efforts.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
  • Agile, hardworking, and a problem solver with a forward-thinking approach.
  • Requires extensive traveling and meeting people.
  • Ability to join immediately.
