Job Title: Senior HR ExecutiveAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our HR team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and data-driven hiring processes, while also supporting onboarding and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong interpersonal skills with analytical capabilities to drive recruitment effectiveness and organizational growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment using various sourcing platformsConduct interviews and ensure smooth candidate engagement and experienceCollaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and draft job descriptionsMaintain and update employee records through HRMSDevelop and manage trackers, dashboards, and recruitment reportsMonitor recruitment success metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) and provide actionable insightsPlan and control hiring budgets to ensure cost-effective recruitmentSupport onboarding programs and employee engagement activitiesEnsure HR policies and processes remain updated and compliantRequirements6–8 years of proven experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment and HR operationsProficiency in using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and HRMS platformsHands-on experience in data management, recruitment analytics, and success metricsStrong interviewing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making
