Prior experience or understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including buy-side (advertisers, agencies) or sell-side (publishers, SSPs) platforms. 5. Familiarity with campaign management, performance marketing, and digital advertising tools is a plus.Required Technical Skills- Basic knowledge of web page designing, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. - Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. - Solid grasp of web development fundamentals including browser behavior, cookies, tracking pixels, and page load dynamics. - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt tone and style based on the audience. - Demonstrates empathy, ownership, and sincerity when addressing customer concerns and requirements.Communication Skills- Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills. - Effective feedback delivery tailored to analysts' skills and tenure.General Requirements for All Roles- Shift: US Shifts (Night Shifts) - Customer Service Skills: Empathy, ownership, and sincerity are crucial. - Qualification: Any graduate (we are not hiring undergrad or people with Internship experience)Know someone who would be a perfect fit?
