We're looking for a curious, driven, and analytical individual to join our Traditional Media Planning team as a Management Trainee.Job Summary:- As a Management Trainee in the Traditional Media Planning team, you will receive hands-on training in developing strategic media plans across TV, radio, print channels.- You will work closely with experienced media planners and buyers to support campaign planning, media research, vendor coordination, and performance tracking.- This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in media planning and gain foundational experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and execution of traditional media plans based on client objectives and target audiences.- Conduct media research.- Analyze media performance data and prepare campaign reports and post-buy analyses.- Coordinate with media vendors for proposals, rates, and availability across TV, radio, print.- Support the preparation of client presentations and internal planning documents.- Maintain and update media flowcharts, budgets, and timelines.- Monitor market trends and keep the team informed of new opportunities in the traditional media space.Requirements:- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.- Strong interest in media and advertising, particularly traditional platforms.- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with media tools is a plus.- Effective written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and take initiative (ref:iimjobs.com)
