What you’ll do:

  • Lead the omnichannel engagement strategy for all the Hunger Inc. brands
  • Implement focused and research-driven community-building activities to build long-term relationships
  • Translate real-life interactions and customer experience observations into actionable data-led insights across teams
  • Work strategically with the Founders & Marketing teams to create sustainable programs with like-minded change-makers and partner brands
  • Nurture passionate super users within our community and empower them to spread joy because they want to
  • Design touchpoints across all channels that create joy and celebrate milestones
  • Build internal systems and processes for the healthy functioning of our communities


What a regular day will look like:

  • Identifying brands, partners, and opportunities that’ll be exciting to our community
  • Building our crew (signups/interactions/drop-offs)
  • Designing events and activities, using data to optimize for enthucutlets everywhere
  • Driving day-to-day community operations, and content moderation where required
  • Nurturing our customers and loyals via omnichannel touchpoints (social media, events, follow-ups)
  • Big picture, long-tail thinking on brand growth and loyalty

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of work experience with a keen focus on building offline communities in any industry
  • Mandatory experience includes curating and producing events, and working with a growing startup in their GTM journey
  • Prior experience in data analysis and MS Suite
  • Multi-tasker with great interpersonal skills
  • Has built a community, or been a part of a community-obsessed brand before
