About Us:

HiFresh Agro Private Limited is a startup focused on producing protein rich food such as, Mushroom and Spirulina, with strategic plans to expand into the export business of agricultural products such as Millets, Coir and other agricultural produce where there is a demand. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales Manager to join our team and drive our growth in international markets.


Job Summary:

The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new export orders, developing and maintaining relationships with foreign buyers, and ensuring the successful export of HiFresh Agro’s products from India to various international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in securing export orders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets, focusing on the USA and other target countries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential foreign buyers.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of export orders.
  • Stay updated on export regulations, trade policies, and documentation requirements.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote HiFresh Agro’s products.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in export sales or international business development, preferably in the agricultural industry.
  • Proven track record of securing and managing export orders.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of the agricultural products industry, including Millets, Coir and other products.
  • Existing network of contacts in international markets, particularly the USA and European countries.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi and any additional languages.
